Yes! Tapni Direct allows your product or QR code to point to any website, not just your Profile page.

For iPhones: Place your Tapni Sticker on the bottom of your phone. If you place it at the top, it will set off your phone's reader constantly.

For most Androids: Place your Tapni Sticker on the bottom as well.

For Galaxies/Notes: Place your Tapni Sticker at the top of your phone next to your camera.

Tapni Sticker doesn't communicate to the phone it is on, it communicates to the phone it is sharing info to.

Tapni Sticker sticks nicely to all case materials except leather and some silicone. For these types of cases, we recommend either sticking your Tapni Sticker underneath your case (yes Tapni works through most cases!😎) or buying a Tapni Keychain instead.

For all other cases, including placing directly on the phone, Tapni is good to go!

The Custom Tapni card can be printed with your own logo or design. After you place your order we will work with you to get the design right.

Yes! Tapni will work through 99.9% of phone cases, including ones that hold credit cards. The only exception would be if your case has a layer of metal.

Almost all iPhones, the iPhone XR, XS, XS Max, 11, 11 Pro, 11 Pro Max, SE and all future iPhones are compatible with Tapni Products.

If you own one this devices above follow these steps on how to use To Use NFC Tag Reader:

Step 1: Go to 'Settings'

Step 2: Now tap on ‘Control Centre'

Step 3: Scroll down and find the ‘NFC tag reader’ under the ‘More Controls’ section.

Step 4: Once found, tap on the ‘+’ to add it to your control center. 

Step 5: Exit the Settings app. Now launch the Control Centre and tap on the NFC tag reader icon.

Step 6: Now simply hold your device on your Tapni Product and it should automatically pop.

iPhones as old as the iPhone 5S and almost all Androids can use their camera to scan your Tapni QR code. Tapni QR code can be found by tapping the QR code button on the top right of your profile on mytapni.co or on you Tapni card.

1. Make sure their phone is on the list of Compatible Devices.
The phone model you have does not matter when sharing!

2. Make sure to touch your Tapni to the very top of the back of their phone.
On iPhones, the sweet spot for reading a NFC is on the very top of the back of the device.

3. Tapni CANNOT be read when:
- their phone is in airplane mode
- their device flashlight is on
- their phone screen is off
- their camera is open

1. Make sure their phone is on the list of Compatible Devices.
The phone model you have does not matter when sharing!

2. Make sure to touch your Tapni to the very center of the back of their phone.
For Androids, the sweet spot for reading a Tapni is in the center of the back of the device.

3. Turn on NFC capabilities in their phone settings
If their phone is on the compatible devices list and is still not reading your Tapni Sticker or Card, go to their phone settings and search for NFC. Make sure that "NFC" is turned on!

If your Tapni Sticker is setting off your own phone, move it to the bottom of your iPhone or Android!

For Galaxies/Notes, it is actually better to place at the top by the camera.

Make sure and try a placement that doesn't trigger your phone's NFC reader before you place your Sticker.
